Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger until they form a fine paste to ensure even flavor distribution.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the rice vinegar, reduced-sodium soy sauce, and maple syrup. Whisk vigorously until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  3. Slowly stream in the toasted sesame oil while continuing to whisk until the mixture is glossy and emulsified.
  4. Fold in the minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes. Stir in the toasted sesame seeds last.
