Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 2 cups extra-sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 oz diced pimentos, drained
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
- Beat the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise in a mixing bowl until the mixture is completely smooth and no lumps remain.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, garlic powder, and salt until fully integrated.
- Gently fold in the drained pimentos and the freshly grated sharp cheddar using a spatula to ensure the cheese is evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Optional: drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the center is molten and slightly golden.
