Ingredients:
- 2 oz Blanco or Reposado Tequila
- 1 oz 100% Pomegranate juice, unsweetened
- 0.75 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 0.5 oz Cointreau or Orange Liqueur
- 0.25 oz Agave nectar
- 2 tbsp Coarse sea salt
- 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Lime zest, finely grated
- 3 Fresh cranberries (garnish)
- 1 sprig Fresh rosemary (garnish)
- 1 Fresh lime wheel (garnish)
Instructions:
- Prepare the spiced salt rim by combining the sea salt, ground cinnamon, and lime zest on a small flat plate.
- Moisten the outer rim of a rocks glass with a lime wedge and dip it into the salt mixture at a 45-degree angle to coat the exterior.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with large ice cubes. Add the tequila, pomegranate juice, lime juice, orange liqueur, and agave nectar.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the shaker is frost-chilled and the liquid is properly aerated and diluted.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Garnish with fresh cranberries, a rosemary sprig, and a lime wheel.
