Ingredients:

  • 8 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
  • 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
  • 8 oz lump crab meat, drained and picked
  • 3 large green onions, finely sliced
  • 1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sriracha

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and mayonnaise until completely smooth.
  2. Stir in the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and white pepper until the mixture is velvety and pale.
  3. Gently fold in the lump crab meat and the sliced green onions using a rubber spatula, ensuring the crab remains in recognizable chunks.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a 1-quart oven-safe baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, honey, and sriracha. Drizzle over the hot dip before serving.
