Ingredients:
- 8 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (2% fat)
- 2 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 8 oz lump crab meat, drained and picked
- 3 large green onions, finely sliced
- 1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp sriracha
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and mayonnaise until completely smooth.
- Stir in the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and white pepper until the mixture is velvety and pale.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat and the sliced green onions using a rubber spatula, ensuring the crab remains in recognizable chunks.
- Transfer the mixture into a 1-quart oven-safe baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until the edges are bubbling and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, honey, and sriracha. Drizzle over the hot dip before serving.
