Ingredients:
- 16 oz frozen English peas
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, cubed small
- 3 large hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions:
- Place the frozen English peas in a colander and run them under cold water for 30 seconds to remove any ice crystals. Drain thoroughly.
- In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is a smooth, velvety consistency.
- Transfer the drained peas to the large mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over the peas and toss gently to coat.
- Carefully fold in the crumbled bacon, diced red onion, cubed cheddar, and chopped eggs. Mix just until incorporated to keep the ingredients intact.
