Ingredients:

  • 4 pieces (approx. 5 oz / 140g each) Garlic or Plain Naan
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Thick Pizza Sauce or Marinara
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cups (225g) Shredded Low-Moisture Mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup (15g) Freshly Grated Parmesan
  • 8 slices (40g) Pepperoni or Salami
  • 1 handful (10g) Fresh Basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the naan on the sheet, lightly brush the outer edges with olive oil, and bake for 2–3 minutes to prevent a soggy center.
  3. Remove the naan and spread 2 tbsp (30ml) of sauce across each piece, leaving a 1/2-inch border for the handle.
  4. Layer the mozzarella evenly across the sauce, then add pepperoni slices. Press the toppings slightly into the cheese to lock them in place.
  5. Return the pizzas to the oven for 7–10 minutes until the cheese is bubbling with golden-brown spots and the edges are a deep mahogany color.
  6. Remove from the oven and immediately garnish with torn fresh basil leaves.
