Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp dill pickle relish
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lb frozen french fries
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder until smooth and glossy; refrigerate until serving.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and immediately sprinkle with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Break the meat apart with a spatula, leaving it undisturbed for 2-3 minutes at a time to develop a charred crust; cook until fully browned (approx. 7-10 minutes).
- Prepare the potato base by air frying the frozen french fries at 400°F until crisp.
- Assemble the bowls by layering chopped Romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
- Top the greens with the seared ground beef and crispy fries, then drizzle with the prepared special sauce.
