Ingredients:

  • 30 pretzels (preferably Snaps or small twists, approx. 100g total)
  • 30 Rolo Chewy Caramels, unwrapped (approx. 225g total)
  • 30 whole pecan halves (approx. 60g total)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 150°C. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.
  2. Arrange the pretzels in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overlapping.
  3. Place one unwrapped Rolo candy onto the center of each pretzel.
  4. Bake for approximately 3 minutes. The goal is for the chocolate to look shiny and slightly rounded.
  5. Remove the tray from the oven. Immediately and gently press a pecan half into the top of each softened Rolo candy to flatten it.
  6. Move the tray to a cool environment or the refrigerator for flash-chilling to set the chocolate and ensure structural integrity.
