Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup (120g) 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon (10g) chia seeds
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon (21g) honey
  • 1/2 cup (75g) fresh mixed berries
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a 16 oz Mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt. Stir dry ingredients to ensure even distribution and prevent clumping.
  2. Add the Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously with a spatula until no dry clumps remain and the mixture is a smooth slurry.
  3. Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or ideally overnight (8 hours), to allow the oats to hydrate and soften.
  4. Before serving, stir the oats and add a splash of milk if a thinner consistency is desired. Top with fresh fruit and an optional drizzle of honey.
