Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (45g) old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup (120g) 2% Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon (10g) chia seeds
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 tablespoon (21g) honey
- 1/2 cup (75g) fresh mixed berries
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a 16 oz Mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and sea salt. Stir dry ingredients to ensure even distribution and prevent clumping.
- Add the Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously with a spatula until no dry clumps remain and the mixture is a smooth slurry.
- Seal the jar tightly and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, or ideally overnight (8 hours), to allow the oats to hydrate and soften.
- Before serving, stir the oats and add a splash of milk if a thinner consistency is desired. Top with fresh fruit and an optional drizzle of honey.
